Thorlabs TS240 Tombstone Right Angle Mounting Block
Unit had two of the upper 1/4"-20 screw taps drilled (Photograph four to six) diameter 0.40" with a smooth bolt hole diameter 0.26" going through the unit, function impaired at those points. Would normally include a BA2 mount from the manufacturer, but it isn't included with this particular mount.
