SARTORIUS STEDIM BIOWELDER THERMOPLASTIC TUBING WELDER ~ SH1 5/8" TUBE HOLDER

The BioWelder is working with a thermal welding cycle that does not require the use of a laminar flow. In this welding process the blade is kept sterile and endotoxin free throughout the whole process in accordance to the reaction equation and the Arrheniussatz through the use of constant time and temperature (Wallhäuser, the D-Value resistence indicator for bacillus subtilis, is less than 1 sec at 200°C dry heat). The inserted hoses will be cut by a blade and then fused together through the unit. The total process will take place under sterile conditions. The cycling process is completely automated and will only be released after a complete cycle.

System has a total of 106 Welds. The system was fully cleaned with alcohol prior to listing, there are some spots of discoloration on the case but the function is unaffected.
