Tested and working, the grey coating on the body has become tacky in a way that holding the piece will have some of the grey coating rub off into the hand. Rear of receiver had the plastic coating delaminate reapplied with adhesive, not tacky. Clamp does not come with a battery pack, it has a power cord designed to power the unit simply plug it into a wall and it's ready to operate.
