Vacuum knob doesn't generate any airflow in the system. When powered on, wand heated even when placed at the 1 setting. The cladding on the wand has shredded at one spot and wires are visible, all wire cladding is intact. Unit is not working properly and is offered here for parts only with no warranty towards function.
