Unit has passed calibration date and would need to be recalibrated (Photograph two). On internal system check it indicates O2 sensor has an error believe it to be related to needing to be recalibrated as it recently left calibration March 2024. Airgas cylinder is marked as "Use before 10/15/2023" (Photograph twelve). Some writing on the yellow case (Photograph nine).

System would normally include an "IR connectivity kit for Safety Suite" dongle, but it is not present with this system.
